Forests are the source that sustains our lives.
"Mokuwaku®" furniture can be used and transformed over time, much like building blocks. Behind this creation are foresters who think about the forests decades into the future, and craftsmen who put their ingenuity to work.

In this exhibition, you can experience the warmth of "Mokuwaku®," wooden furniture nurtured by Japan's forests, and unravel the story of how the things we choose connect to the forests of the future.

Spend some time working with wood alongside artisans from the production area.

Create a one-of-a-kind board by burning designs onto wood with a heated pen.

I create everyday items while being soothed by the scent of cedar nurtured by the forests of Kyoto.
