Chef Tokuyoshi Yoji from the popular Ristorante TOKUYOSHI in Milan, Italy, has returned home in triumph.
You can enjoy the world of ALTER EGO (Jinbocho, Tokyo), which he owns, at ERUTAN Restaurant & Bar, a restaurant he supervises at GOOD NATURE STATION in Kawaramachi, Kyoto.
The food is a special two-day course that incorporates plenty of Kyoto ingredients, such as Kyoto meat and minced duck pie.
