SHUKA was originally a sweetened bean shop that had been in business for four generations.
We currently manufacture and sell a new type of sweets that allow you to enjoy the individuality and vitality of the seeds.
Candied sweetened amanatto contains pistachios and cashew nuts,
This vegan gelato is made using the syrup that is produced during the manufacturing process of sweetened azuki beans. It's delicious.

Also, since it's Valentine's Day, a VEGAN chocolate cake will be available in limited quantities from February 8th.
You can also purchase products that we don't normally carry, so please come and visit us.
