This winter, we will be holding the heartwarming seasonal event "GOOD NATURE CHRISTMAS." We will deliver a special experience to everyone with a variety of content, including eco-friendly decorations, fascinating Shop, and special gourmet events.

Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the Christmas season at your own pace while surrounded by the breath of nature.

■ Christmas decorations

[Inside the building]
In the courtyard on the 4th floor, there will be a Christmas tree decorated with calligraphy ornaments by modern calligraphy artist Risa Kadono, and lanterns will hang overhead.
A gorgeous Christmas arch will also welcome visitors at the first floor entrance.

"Woven with You - Weaving the connections that surround us"
GOOD NATURE STATION 's 6th anniversary project is
The theme of the event was "gratitude" to collaborators. Visitor participation-based events were held, including the Kamikatsu Town collaborative reuse project "Kurukuru Christmas" and the message tree "Wish & Write."
Part of the project will also be donated to Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Gardens.

■Christmas & Cafe Menu for the Holiday Season
[Strawberry and Chocolate Afternoon Tea]
ERUTAN on the first floor is introducing a luxurious new afternoon tea themed around seasonal strawberries and specially selected chocolate. The tea is made with 70% cacao éclat de paix chocolate, which is roasted and produced entirely in-house.
We are also offering a limited edition tea blended with cocoa bean husks and cocoa nibs, which are usually discarded during the chocolate manufacturing process.
Enjoy a gorgeous, rich and elegant afternoon tea.

[ERUTAN Christmas Dinner]
ERUTAN on the first floor will be offering a special Christmas dinner course this year as well. Using organic vegetables and carefully selected ingredients from Kyoto, we have prepared a gorgeous menu that will delight your senses of taste, sight, and aroma.
The main dish of roast beef and seasonal vegetables are made with ingredients carefully selected by the chef based on the themes of "gifts from producers" and "color," delivering safe and rich flavors.
Please enjoy a memorable Christmas dinner with your loved ones.

[Hyssop Christmas Dinner]
At Hyssop on the 4th floor, we will be proposing a course that will delight all five senses, elevating the special occasion of Christmas with Hyssop 's signature blend of Japanese and Western cuisine and nature and urban harmony. Setting itself apart from traditional Christmas courses, we will boldly incorporate Japanese ingredients and cooking methods, while presenting a sophisticated Western-style meal to create an adult Christmas that will appeal to couples and married couples.

[Seasonal party plans recommended for year-end parties]
At Hyssop on the 4th floor, we have prepared a special plan to enliven your year-end and New Year's party. Our chefs' colorful dishes, featuring an abundance of seasonal flavors, will invigorate conversations with your close friends. We offer three plans to suit your budget and tastes, from the casual plan for 5,000 yen, perfect for casual get-togethers, to the standard plan, which includes pasta and fish dishes, and the special plan, which upgrades the main course to Wagyu beef. Enjoy a special and memorable time in our sophisticated, high-quality space.

[Anniversary Dessert]
Anniversary desserts, evoked by memories, are back at RAU on the 3rd floor.
RAU's desserts, which are based on the concept of "takeaway assiette desserts" and sublimate various scenes into shapes and flavors, will introduce a shareable entremet dessert.
The shape of the dish is based on white and is inspired by high-quality, refined ceramic vessels, and the chefs' hope is that the pure white vessels will allow you to capture the memories of your favorite special occasions.

[Stollen Kuricacao]
RAU on the 3rd floor will be selling stollen made with bean-to-bar chocolate made from Costa Rican cocoa beans.
The dough is generously kneaded with several kinds of dried fruits, such as cranberries and prunes, and spices. The center of the stollen is filled with a chestnut paste made using only fresh French chestnuts, with a hint of vanilla and rum.
The aroma of cacao adds a rich flavor to the treat, and the generous application of bean-to-bar chocolate on the surface recreates the appearance of a cacao pot.

[TAKAYAMA Chef's Special Panino]
A limited-time food truck from Michelin-starred restaurant "TAKAYAMA" will be set up in the plaza "MAENIWA" in front of the first floor. Guests can enjoy a creative gourmet experience in a casual atmosphere in the plaza of MAENIWA. The special panino produced by "TAKAYAMA," run by owner-chef Tadashi Takayama, is a limited-time menu item that will add to the Christmas excitement.

At the MARKET on the first floor, original food brand "GOOD NATURE MARKET" has released new products made with plenty of thinned apples from Hirosaki. This canned baked confectionery series has a cocoa flavor that is perfect for Japanese tea. This is a bittersweet Florentine made with thinned apples. Try brewing it with refreshing Japanese tea for a relaxing moment.

NEMOHAMO on the third floor is introducing a new original holiday kit. They're all packaged in an original limited edition box.

[Relax and relax. Daladala winter activities]
On the third floor, KASOKEKI will be hosting a market packed with all sorts of items to help you have an incredibly heartwarming winter, perfect for winter preparations and gifts.
"daladala." creates original products in collaboration with local artisans in Mongolia, Bhutan, and Ghana, in order to bring to life the "rich lifestyle" of each country.
Made with high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, these products are given the finishing touch of an indescribable charm. These include the ever-popular Mongolian wool slippers and the peaceful yak fabric that is so characteristic of Bhutan.

■Christmas Event
[Lighting Ceremony]

The annual lighting ceremony in the 4th floor courtyard will be held in the courtyard in the evening of the first day of the event.
Along with the music of a brass quintet, which includes hotel staff, the Christmas tree and countless lanterns all light up in a warm glow.

[Brew City Festival: Fermenting Shiga]
At the first floor MARKET, we will be holding a popular event in collaboration with Fermentation Restaurant Kamoshika, focusing on the fermentation culture of Lake Biwa. We will be selling fermented foods found in Lake Biwa.

<Popular and fully booked> [Calligraphy Christmas Charm Shop]
At the Shop table at the back of the hotel lobby on the 4th floor, popular instructor Risa Kadono will be hosting the second art exhibition commemorative Shop. Participants will practice Christmas phrases in modern calligraphy (Western calligraphy) and create ornaments.
We will teach you how to use the tools, so even first-timers can join us with confidence.

At the cosmetics section on the third floor, we will be holding an ANDIZUMO nail experience session. Using a machine, you will be able to care for your cuticles and trim your nails. After your treatment, you can choose between a "nail design" or "nail oil care."
If you'd like to try nail art but are having trouble choosing a color, or if you'd like to experience what kind of designs you can create, please take this opportunity to join the trial session.
