"Learn about Vietnamese rice culture: Pho and rice paper"
Chicken pho made with homemade dashi / rice paper tossed

Vietnamese cuisine is famous for its pho and fresh spring rolls, and has a strong image of being healthy.
What kind of cuisine is popular locally?

Vietnam is a long country stretching from north to south and is divided into three regions with different climates and geographical features: North, Central, and South. Each region has developed its own unique food culture.
Come join us and enjoy the local food culture as if you were going on a trip.

The theme of this article is Vietnamese rice processed foods. We will talk about the deep rice culture of the country while introducing the rice noodle dish "Pho," which is also popular in Japan, and the unique way of eating "Rice Paper."

Chicken pho is a street food noodle dish with a light soup. Locally, they make the soup from a whole chicken, but I will teach you how to make it at home using chicken wings. It's a simple recipe, but the taste is authentic! Chicken soup can also be used for dishes other than pho.

Tossed rice paper is a new street food in Vietnam. It is a snack that has become popular in recent years, consisting of thin strips of rice paper, dried shrimp, peanuts, quail eggs, etc., tossed in a spicy sauce.
