Vietnamese food culture revealed through banh mi

Vietnamese cuisine is famous for its pho and fresh spring rolls, and has a strong image of being healthy.
What kind of cuisine is popular locally?

Vietnam, which stretches from north to south, is divided into three regions with different climates: northern, central, and southern, and food cultures tailored to each region have been developed.
Feel like going on a journey and enjoy the local food culture together.

This time, we will be featuring banh mi, a Vietnamese sandwich that is becoming increasingly popular in Japan.
Banh mi is a souvenir from the French colonial era.

It is a mysteriously delicious sandwich with meat, eggplant, herbs, and other ingredients sandwiched between soft baguettes, and when you take a bite, the various flavors harmonize in your mouth. Introducing ``Siumai,'' meatballs coated in tomato sauce, with a slightly unique topping.

For a side dish, make a soup with spring colors.
We will show you some easy-to-make feast soups that can be recreated using familiar Japanese ingredients.
And like banh mi, Vietnamese coffee is imported from France.
It is a sweet milk coffee that is brewed one cup at a time through a small filter and mixed with condensed milk.
