We will be taking pre-orders for a limited number of"Homemade Yuzu Kosho Kits," which allow you to easily make the popular Yuzu Kosho from Fermentation Restaurant Kamoshika.
Homemade yuzu kosho can be made simply by chopping the ingredients; once you've made it, you'llprobably want to make it every year.
This time, we have created a set called "Kamoshika Homemade Yuzu Kosho (not for sale)" andit is an original GNS set.
