The latest issue of GOOD NATURE Press introduces new menu items using seasonal autumn flavors, as well as cultural, artistic, and sports events perfect for autumn.

A total of nine adorable desserts are lined up on a refreshing green and white flower stand. You can enjoy the charm of Shine Muscat grapes with a variety of sweets, including mousse, tart, verrine, macaroons, and bonbon chocolate.

New grand menu for dinner and brunch introduced

Based on the principles of Eastern dietary therapy, this dish focuses on skin and respiratory problems caused by the dryness that is characteristic of autumn. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients are used, such as Shiraae (sweet dressing) made with persimmon, which is good for preventing colds and promoting beauty, and blanched mushrooms, which are also expected to boost the immune system. This dish gently restores balance to the mind and body of busy women, who tend to be out of balance every day.
Especially at dinner time, we have revamped our menu in response to requests for people who want to try a little bit of a variety of dishes.

Two desserts themed around figs and "umami watercolors"

The base of the cake is made from ingredients rich in umami, such as tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and porcini mushrooms, and is layered with the vividness that is unique to French pastries.
"UMAMI mousse" made with dried tomatoes, grapefruit, and tea broth, rhubarb, tomato, and hyuganatsu confiture, and apple amazake confit...
This dish, with its delicate layers, unfolds like a watercolor painting.

This dessert was created with the theme of "visualizing the invisible beauty of fig flowers."
The petals are decorated with a fig sauce that captures the freshness of young figs, which are in season for a short time, and the inside is filled with fig jam that gives off a rich, ripe flavor.
To perfectly complement each dish, we combine cream cheese with a mild acidity and rich cheddar or beaufort cheese.
