This is a modern take on Uji Kintoki shaved ice, a long-loved summer treat in Kyoto.
The shape is inspired by the image of a place where people and coolness gather around water.

This is a summer-only flavor from the fragrant gelato series "Gelato Koki" inspired by sparklers.

This gelato has a flavor reminiscent of sparklers, sometimes strong and sometimes delicate and fleeting.
