RAU, which uses its unique sensibility to express landscapes seen once upon a time and worlds imagined through sweets with the concept of "Turning scenes into shapes," has released a spring menu that includes limited-edition desserts and gelato.

Dessert "Oka"

Price: 1,485 yen (tax included)

This spring-only dessert was inspired by the waka poetry of Saigyo Hoshi and expresses the taste of cherry blossoms without using cherry blossoms.
The shape is inspired by a hill covered in cherry blossoms in full bloom, and passion fruit and matcha powder give the impression of spring budding.
With hints of cherry and tonka bean cream and bergamot mousse, it evokes the scene of gazing at the night sky in a grassland.

Gelato "Strawberry & Chocolate"

The gorgeous and clear chocolate gelato made with our original bean-to-bar chocolate is combined with smooth strawberry gelato.
It is topped with adorable round strawberry compote.
Enjoy the contrasting crunchy texture of the frozen strawberry compote and the smooth melting texture of the gelato.
