Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden and GOOD NATURE STATION are collaborating to present a special exhibition, "Traveling Botanical Garden 2026"! As part of a diverse program, a special tour exploring the rich green ecosystem within the garden will be offered.
This time, we are pleased to welcome the professional who created our museum's renowned vertical garden as our lecturer and commentator. Imagine a rich, satoyama (traditional Japanese rural landscape) space, teeming with native plant species, appearing within a city skyscraper. Why not learn about the hidden aspects of this beautiful greenery, the diverse life forms that thrive there, and the natural cycles, from a professional's perspective?

- Explanation and mini-lecture by a professional who has worked on vertical gardening projects.
• A special observation tour exploring the rich green ecosystem centered around the 4th-floor courtyard.

- Once each session reaches its capacity, we will close advance reservations.
- The tour includes some outdoor activities (in the courtyard). Please take appropriate precautions against heat and rain depending on the weather on the day.
