An afternoon of playing with colors and threads

- Gentle upcycled embroidery from flour sacks -

A collaborative Shop between DAR AMAL and embroidery artist Noriko Dobashi.

It's a time to enjoy interacting with colors, materials, and threads.
Using a simple material such as flour sacks, we add a layer of embroidery with a free-flowing imagination to create small, one-of-a-kind creations.

Program of the day

1. Learn: Discover the Moroccan scenery and learn about the Moroccan story behind the flour sacks.

② Experience: A gentle time to advance the needle After a demonstration and basic lecture by embroidery artist Noriko Dobashi, participants will embroider freely.

③ Feel it in your heart: Take a break with some authentic mint tea. Enjoy some Moroccan mint tea brewed by Lina of DAR AMAL.
*The finished work will be made to be ready for display, and you can take it home into your daily life as a "gentle scene" born from your hands.
