On December 31st, we will also be selling New Year's Eve soba noodles called "Nishincha Soba"!

On New Year's Eve, December 31st, the attached restaurant "Hyssop" will be selling hot soba noodles.

We present to you an original Hyssop recipe for "Nishin Soba," an auspicious dish said to have originated Kyoto and eaten as New Year's Eve soba.
It features tea soba noodles made with tea leaves from Kyoto and a light broth based on mushrooms and sudachi oranges.
