・Fresh Onan
He coordinates vegetable farmers in Onan Town and runs the guesthouse and free space "En."
Freshly harvested rice grown in the clean air and rich water of Fresh Onan is on sale.
Koshihikari: This rice has plump, round grains with a beautiful luster, and a balanced texture of moderate stickiness and chewy texture.
Tsuyahime - This type of rice has a shining luster and white color when cooked, and is characterized by its elegant sweetness and flavor.
In addition, processed products will also be sold in limited quantities.

・Kakizaki Soy Sauce Store
Kakizaki Soy Sauce Shop is located in Onan Town in the central part of Shimane Prefecture, surrounded by mountains rich in nature.
The storehouse, which houses 23 wooden barrels, was built in the early Taisho period and was originally a sake brewery.
The soy sauce is made using whole soybeans from Shikoku and the Chugoku region, wheat from Shimane Prefecture, and sun-dried salt, and is aged in wooden barrels for about a year and a half before being seasoned with sweeteners to create a sweet flavor that is popular among locals.

・Tamasakura Sake Brewery
Tamasakura Sake Brewery is a brewery in Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture that produces pure rice sake, primarily kanzake (sake that is drunk warm), using locally contracted rice.
Its distinctive features include a fully fermented, unfiltered, and aged sake quality design, the use of locally grown sake rice (Gohyakumangoku, Kairyo-Omachi, Yamada-Nishiki, etc.), and a flavor that becomes even more delicious when warmed, making it "so delicious you'll want to eat after drinking it."
