With the concept of "creating a scene in a shape", "RAU" expresses landscapes seen once or worlds imagined through sweets with a unique sensibility.
Introducing "Sui," the first ice cream dessert perfect for summer, from a beautiful dessert series created by chefs from scratch.

A new ice cream dessert created with the idea of "cool summer."
The theme of this exhibition is "cooling off," a uniquely Japanese way of enjoying summer in a positive way while enduring the heat and feeling the cool air created by flowing water and spray.


(Uji matcha/almond kernel/red bean paste)
This is a modern take on Uji Kintoki shaved ice, a dish that has long been loved in Kyoto as a way to cool off in the summer.
The shape is inspired by the image of people gathering around water for a refreshing drink.
Uji matcha, Tamba Dainagon red beans, warabi mochi, apricot jelly, and more are all enclosed in almond mousse.

Come and enjoy a cool evening experience at RAU, unique to the hot summer.
