In a cracked atmosphere,
Food and hospitality to be enjoyed with all five senses
You can try it out.

Dashi is a central ingredient in Japanese cuisine.
This is a course where you can rediscover the aroma and flavor of Nakano No. 2 Dashi, a home-cooked dish, rather than the No. 1 Dashi.
Instead of professional cooking, we will prepare hospitable Doi family home cooking using seasonal ingredients and tea.
Enjoy a special experience learning about local life and history.

★ Experience dashi tasting with all five senses
You can enjoy the second dashi as a "drinkable dashi" and experience the fun of changing flavors and the depth and flavor of the dashi with all five senses.

★Fun design
With carefully selected tea utensils and furnishings, we aim to provide a fun space that feels like a friend coming over to your home.

★Cooking session * Cooking classes will only be held in the afternoon session (3rd floor studio)
Here are some delicious recipes that you can easily recreate at home.
Together we will enjoy cooking some seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients.
We also prepare other side dishes and pack them in lunch boxes.
Example) Menu to make: Very popular rice balls, simmered second dashi, miso soup, etc.
