A self-care ritual to revitalize your mind and body

A self-care ritual to revitalize your mind and body

To celebrate its 5th anniversary, GOOD NATURE STATION has been holding various events throughout the year under the theme of "5 YEARS 5 GOODS".

For October, the theme was "GOOD for Health/Minds" and we presented a plan to gently pamper yourself when you're working hard, in collaboration with fortune advisor Eve Lourdes Haruka and the wellness and beauty magazine "Kiitos.", which focuses on the health of both body and mind, titled "HEALTHY BODY & HEALTHY MIND: A Fall to Balance Your Mind and Body."

Haruka Evelourdes is a fortune advisor who has gained fans all over the country for her positive, empowering advice. She proposed a special "self-care" method based on the three keywords "BEAUTY," "FOOD," and "MINDNEST."

BEAUTY

Self-care ritual with soothing cosmetics

Haruka Evelourdes has devised a "Self-care Ritual" for you to enjoy along with the newly released sheet masks from "NEMOHAMO," an original cosmetics brand that makes full use of the power of plants. Customers who purchase the product will receive a free "Self-care Ritual Sheet."

A self-care ritual is a small ceremony to look after yourself. The sheet mask is luxuriously formulated with ingredients such as ginseng, so the recommended usage time from placing it on your face until removing it is 10 to 20 minutes. We created the "Self-Care Ritual Sheet" with the hope that you can put down your smartphone during that time and enjoy some self-care time.

There are six cards on the sheet. Each card has a self-care technique that you can do while wearing the sheet mask, such as "Self Hug" or "Shavasana." Cut the cards with scissors, turn them over, and shuffle them. Take a breath, then pull out a card and try it out, thinking that it's a ritual you need right now. Don't worry about whether you can do it well, as long as it feels comfortable, that's enough.

It's a soothing suggestion that you can draw a card and make it a habit in your daily life, whether it's before you go to sleep or when you have some free time. It will suddenly loosen up your mind when your mind is full of thoughts.

MINDSET

Relax your mind with "writing meditation"

The courtyard on the fourth floor GOOD NATURE STATION is so quiet that you forget you are in the middle of the city. Haruka Evelourdes loves this place so much that she likens it to the "inner sanctuary" of a temple or shrine. She suggested the "Writing Meditation" tea set to reset your mind and body.

It's a small ceremony where you can quietly reflect on yourself while enjoying fresh herbal tea and writing down what's on your mind, detoxing your worries and bringing out the positive side of yourself.

Following the five steps suggested by Haruka Evelourdes, first take a deep breath and meditate for about a minute. Then, write it down. When you sort out the vagueness and clutter that has built up inside you, you will naturally see what you really want to do, and you will feel refreshed. In a quiet place, take a deep breath and write down your thoughts. Haruka Evelourdes taught me a great way to reset.

You can enjoy Hyssop 's menu in the courtyard, so come and enjoy a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

FOOD

A satisfying dinner using ingredients that bring good fortune

"Food" is a very important keyword when it comes to keeping the mind and body healthy. "Hyssop" has introduced a vegan dinner course supervised by Haruka Evelourdes, which incorporates an abundance of ingredients that bring good fortune.

The beginning was pumpkin potage. On the winter solstice, we eat foods that begin with the letter "n" to bring good luck, and pumpkin is called "nankin," a lucky food with two "n"s. It is rich in vitamins and is effective in boosting immunity, reducing swelling, and anti-aging. It also includes grapes, a fruit that brings good luck, a moisturizing marinated pear, and a Buddha bowl packed with powerful ingredients such as avocado, felafel, and brown rice. With commentary by Haruka Evelourdes, it was a course that would allow you to recharge your mind and body.

The menu at "Hyssop" is full of seasonal ingredients, so it is filling, but healthy and not heavy on the stomach. Eating is the source of energy and lightens the mind and body.

BEAUTY/FOOD/MINDSET

Evelourdes Haruka's special event

On October 27th, a special event was held by Haruka Evelourdes. Many people from all over Japan participated. The full "BEAUTY/FOOD/MINDSET" set included a good luck Shop, a "Hyssop" vegan dinner course with Haruka Evelourdes, and a souvenir from "NEMOHAMO"!

By coincidence, Haruka Evelourdes has actually been a fan of NEMOHAMO for some time. Thanks to this happy connection, she visited the NEMOHAMO farm in northern Fukuoka before the event. She toured the farm where the Japanese and Chinese herbs used in the cosmetics grow, and also visited the nearby factory. They are carefully grown and made. Seeing, touching and feeling it, she says, made her love for the products grow even more.

At the event, photos from the location were shown on slides and there was a talk about "NEMOHAMO." Participants were given a "Self-Care Ritual Sheet" and a "NEMOHAMO" sheet mask to take home to enjoy at home.

In the good luck workshop, each participant drew a card and received a message directly from Haruka Evelourdes. The words touched everyone's hearts and brought a smile to everyone's faces! The venue was filled with a happy aura.

The day ended with a vegan dinner course at "Hyssop." The dinner also featured a variety of ingredients that bring good fortune. Haruka Evelourdes joined us at the table, and we enjoyed a lively conversation while enjoying the colorful, delicious, and healthy food.

When you adjust your "BEAUTY/FOOD/MINDSET", your mind will look forward. The importance of taking time to care for yourself was evident in the smiles of Haruka Evelourdes and all the other participants. Please come to GOOD NATURE STATION to relax and unwind from your busy days.

"NEMOHAMO" x "ERUTAN"

5th Anniversary Afternoon Tea

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of its opening, a collaborative afternoon tea between ERUTAN RESTAURANT/BAR on the first floor and organic cosmetics brand NEMOHAMO will be available from October 22nd to December 4th. A total of 11 kinds of sweets and savory dishes inspired by cosmetics making using the power of plants have been introduced. This afternoon tea combines "BEAUTY" and "FOOD" to fill the body and mind with joy.

The lineup is colorful and beautiful, with a focus on autumn delicacies, and includes pumpkin Mont Blanc, carrot cake, yuzu opera, and other ingredients that become sweeter as winter approaches, such as cranberries, which are rich in B-carotene, and white wine, which contains polyphenols, making it a lineup that is both healthy and beautiful.

The three types of macarons express the pale colors of the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as the orange color that is the symbol of "NEMOHAMO". The flavors of the macarons are also exciting: chocolate mint, custard and lemon, cheese cream and muscat. They came with a sheet mask and a "NEMOHAMO" discount coupon (first come, first served, while supplies last).

ERTUN's ever-popular afternoon tea offers new and attractive seasonal menus, so please look forward to them.
