Fermentation Restaurant Kamoshika [Spring Brewing Market Festival] ~Fermenting Kishu~

The "Brew Market Festival" is a collaboration with the "Fermented Restaurant Kamoshika" in Arashiyama.
It's a quarterly fermentation festival.

This year's theme is "Traveling Fermentation" and we will be focusing on fermentation both in Japan and overseas.
The theme of the Spring Brewing City Festival is "Kishu"!
You might discover a deeper side of Kishu that you didn't know about!
This time, we will have a guest from Kishu.
Please come and join us!
