Soybean soup stock experience session [Minoyo]

Minoyo manufactures and sells ingredients for Kyoto confectionery, mainly soybean flour.
Recently, we have been working to spread the appeal of soybeans through products such as soybean coffee and soybean broth.
This time, we will be using the eat-in space to sample the dashi and to try dishes made with that dashi.
We will be holding an event where you can enjoy.
