Speaking of spring, strawberries come to mind. This year, each store will be offering a wide variety of drinks, sweets, and dishes made with seasonal strawberries!
We will also introduce experiential Shop events and recommended items for gifts and new beginnings.

The theme is strawberries that have become sweeter during the cold winter, and Kyoto 's famous cherry blossoms.
In addition to the bonbon chocolates, Mont Blanc, and macarons that have a subtle cherry blossom scent, the set also includes strawberry daifuku, which is filled with whole strawberries and is surrounded by flowers, creating a taste that will make you feel like you're at a cherry blossom viewing party.
Our pastry chef recommends the set that includes freshly baked strawberry scones! It's a heartwarming afternoon tea set that will make you feel the arrival of spring.

Treating photography (light) and waste materials (matter) equally, this is an attempt to understand regeneration as a reorganization of memory and landscape. Fragments that would normally be discarded, such as pieces of wood from landscaping and pottery shards picked up in Tokoname, are combined with photographs to visualize the traces of time, nature, and human actions on the land.
Please come and see the works that raise the question, "What has been lost and what is returning?"

Rather than simply viewing photographs as "records," we reinterpret them as "structures" that connect with the memories of the land and scrap wood, and design photobooks that function as "small archival sculptures" that transcend the subject of reading.
You will learn a unique expression technique in which pages are stacked like geological strata, and the accumulation of time is visualized in cross-sections.
