■ Baked sweets "Butter Madeleine Rum Raisin"
Made with natural yeast and fermented madeleine dough, this rum-flavored cake is filled with large raisins.
Buttercream sandwich.
In the center is a fig compote made with red wine, with a mellow rum aroma and raisins.
You can enjoy the concentrated flavor with a pleasant acidity accent.

■ Baked goods "CakemaRon"
This luxurious cake is made with chestnuts, with chestnut butter cream sandwiched between two biscuits made with plenty of French chestnut paste, and plenty of chestnut cream squeezed on top.
The combination of our specially made marron biscuits, which are slowly whipped over time to give them a moist and fluffy texture, and rich marron cream packed with the delicious flavor of chestnuts, makes for a small but very satisfying treat.

■ Dessert "Yama"
A dessert shaped to evoke the image of a snow-capped mountain shrouded in clouds.
It uses a rich praline sauce wrapped in Japanese chestnut cream and chestnut mousse with a subtle ylang-ylang scent.

When cut, the interlocking parts resemble geological layers, and the hazelnut praline paste
It reminds me of a magma-like flow.
