■Stollen kuricacao
A traditional Christmas cake, Stollen, baked using homemade bean-to-bar chocolate.
Bean-to-bar chocolate is used generously on the surface, and the distinctive rugged surface is reminiscent of a cocoa pot.

This chocolate is made with RAU's fragrant bitter bean-to-bar chocolate, which uses cocoa beans from Costa Rica, and is generously kneaded with several types of dried fruits and spices, including cranberries and prunes, and has a rum-scented chestnut paste made from French chestnuts in the center.

Please enjoy this rich and fragrant stollen, which features cocoa as the main ingredient.
