At GOOD NATURE STATION, we will be holding a Shop where you can experience nature with all five senses through dyeing silk stoles and pongee thread.

The dye for October is safflower.

A tree native to India and the Malay Archipelago, it has long been prized as a dye for imported dyes. When the hard core of the trunk is shaved and boiled, it produces a lustrous red color that resembles the leaves of trees turning color in the fall.

Atelier Shimura is a dyeing and weaving brand that strives to convey the beautiful color world of plants. In a Shop where you can experience the unique world of colors, you can choose your favorite silk stole or pongee thread and dye it in the colors of seasonal plants.
